HorrorAsylum: Ward Zero is a first-person survival horror experience that combines atmospheric tension, exploration, and light puzzle-solving inside a decaying psychiatric facility.

You play as Aryan, a journalist investigating mysterious disappearance reports linked to the abandoned Wilmore Psychiatric Institute. What begins as a routine investigation quickly turns into a nightmare. After being drugged, you wake up in the asylum’s basement with no memory of how you got there. The facility is no longer empty—something has gone terribly wrong.

A failed neurological experiment has spread through the building, turning patients, doctors, and guards into violent, unstable entities. The exits are locked, the lights barely work, and every corridor hides danger. You are not alone.

As you explore different areas of the asylum—from the dark basement and eerie corridors to the cafeteria, offices, and hidden underground labs—you must:

• Search for keys and items to unlock new paths
• Solve environmental puzzles
• Avoid or outmaneuver hostile enemies
• Collect documents that reveal the disturbing truth behind the experiments
